HOW TO REGISTER:

SCBWI Members, you must log in before beginning your registration. This is the only way the member “ticket” will appear beneath your personal information on the registration form (which should be automatically filled in after you have logged in to the SCBWI website).NOTE to member students – there is not a separate student ticket, the member student discount is automatically applied to your registration.

Non-members and Non-member Students, please fill in the personal information form. After your personal information is entered, click on the circle beside the appropriate “ticket” (Non-Member, Student) before clicking the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page. Students please bring your student ID card to registration for verification.

To Register you must select the appropriate “ticket” – no registration can be completed without selecting a ticket. Click on the box or circle to the left of the ticket you want to select.

 

All wik’18 events and activities other than the Friday Book Launches and Dessert Party will be held at Spain Park 

Book Launches, Public Book Signing and the Dessert Party will be held on Friday at the Homewood Public Library

 

NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS: Because space is limited, no refunds are provided, but if attendance must be cancelled due to illness or other similar circumstances, fees may be credited toward a future conference or workshop. Can’t afford it?

Illustrators may apply for the Liz Conrad Illustration Award for illustrators, now open to all illustrators from all regions. The deadline has been extended to Jan. 15.

First-time attendees may apply for RA scholarships. For more information about the RA scholarships, contact the Regional Advisor, Claudia Pearson, at Southern-Breeze@scbwi.org.

 

SCBWI Anti-Harrassment Policy:

SCBWI reserves the right to require anyone not complying with the above to depart from any event at which any such activity has been perpetrated and to bar them from future SCBWI events.

 Any member who experiences harassment at an SCBWI event can submit a complaint directly to executive director Lin Oliver at linoliver@scbwi.org.
